Room was cozy and comfortable and mattress and duvet were soft and super inviting. I am a 70 year old solo traveler and felt very safe. Very homey. Not slick and impersonal. Owners were friendly and explained how to adjust heating etc. Absolutely would stay there again!

What a fabulously quirky and comfortable stay, in a fabulously quirky town! The owners have clearly poured a lot of love and care into this property that you feel the minute you walk in the door. A genuinely warm welcome with everything you could need for good nights sleep. Our family had a wonderful evening here and I wish to thank the owners for creating this magical home from home.

This is a great guest house. We had a lovely view overlooking some of the harbour. Walking distance into town which is great. AJ met us with a beautiful smile and laughter in her talking. How could you not respond in smile! The bed was extremely comfortable. Has a refrigerator yay!!! Coffee pod machine Yay! Television could be updated, sound quality was poor. The pre check in instructions could be reworked we found them confusing and a little abrupt. This made us feel that the hospitality would be unsettling. It wasn't of course when AJ greeted us with warmth. All the very best AJ and Luke with your young family.

Great place

Fabulous stay, friendly host Luke greeted me on arrival and couldn’t do enough for me. This is currently room only and his advice when booking to prebook your dinner reservations locally was good advice as where I was eating lots of people were being turned away. Easy level walk into the large village of Ullapool, parking on site. Everything was spotless. Very spacious accommodation. Thanks. Would recommend!

I would highly recommend this property. We stayed there for two nights. There were multiple restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Although we had a car, we rarely used it. We did take the car on the ferry to Stornaway Which is also well worth the trip. The owners of this property bent over backwards to make it convenient and charming. My only complaint, and this is Minor is that there were no Kleenexes in the room. However, there were ample outlets for charging our devices and sufficient parking. I would unhesitatingly stay here again, and would highly recommend this charming home to anyone looking for convenience and atmosphere. Absolutely a five star rating.

A very warm welcome when we arrived. The bedroom had character, was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the loch. Ten minutes walk to the centre of Ullapool. Checking in was at set times, booked before arrival, the last time being 6.45pm, which was a little restrictive. Compared with other places to stay this was good value for money.

Incredible property the room was above and beyond our expectations. Clawfoot tub, coffee bar, the best bed and lovely hosts. Walking distance to Ullapool. We wished we had stayed for two nights. Very thoughtful touches to the room and our stay. We hope to be back one day!

My wife and I had a really lovely 2-night stay at the Highland Rooms. Luke was great with the communications and Ayla was super friendly and helpful on our arrival. Our room was well-equipped, spacious and the bedding was very comfortable. Magnificent views across the Loch and the township just a short walkable distance. We loved the Highland Rooms and highly recommend it.

Trata-se de uma suite em uma casa. Acomodações muito boas e local agradável. O problema foi a total falta de flexibilidade do proprietário!!!! Estava viajando de carro e para fazer o trajeto planejado iria chegar na propriedade as 20:00, uma hora após o horário limite para o check-in. Liguei para a propriedade e solicitei o check-in tardio e a resposta foi: SE NÃO CHEGAR NA HORA PROCURE OUTRA PROPRIEDADE PARA SE HOSPEDAR!!!!!! E eu já havia pago pela hospedagem!!!
