Hotel located in industrial area, but you can walk approx. 2.5 km to the city center (Ulm mitte). to get dinner. Hotel only offers pizza (defrosted/heated). Breakfast is okay. Service at breakfast is good. Service desk not super welcoming or friendly.

Easy to find when walking from the main railway station. Room was clean and quiet, there was also aircon. Modern bathroom. My only minus is that the bed was super soft which caused backpain. Would not recommend if you're prone to back issues - otherwise worth the price!

Nice new hotel in Ulm

Room was nice but quite small. Very comfortable bed. Room temperature was difficult to control. Bathroom was exceedingly hot until i found out to turn down the towel dryer.

One happy American in Ulm

I had a great experience at NYCE Ulm. The front desk team spoke English well, which made the check-in process quick and comfortable. My queen room was a good size space, newly appointed, and clean. Parking is limited in the hotel garage and costs €15/night so call ahead to see if you can also reserve parking. With some luck I found spaces on the surrounding streets (Straße). The hotel is a short drive to the beautiful city center/high street and the Danube. Oh and breakfast was very nice, so check it out at least once.

Well designed rooms, but small.

The hotel is OK, but that's all. The rooms are well designed but very small. We saw the breakfast which was very poor, and decided to go somewhere else to eat.

The hotel and it’s staff were professional. Hotel was clean and service good. The area it is in is rather isolated from restaurants and cafes, but within 30min walk one can start seeing more options.

Had to switch room because of strong smell of cigarette and ended up with 2 double bed, instead of a King bed with only 1 blankets and towels for 1 person, so receptionist had to bring another set of blankets and bath towel but they smell cigarette. The night tables were disassembled. The room is also very small for 2 guess.

Die Matratze war so unangenehm und die Federn drückten sich so sehr in den Körper, das ein guter Schlaf unmöglich war. Zudem war die Matratze so abgelegen, das man dann immer in die Mitte „rollte“ sobald man sich bewegt hatte. Das war noch unbequemer als es ohnehin schon war. Beim auschecken das erwähnt, ist wohl im Hotel bekannt und es sind bereits Matratzen bestellt. Wichtigen Termin heute gehabt und dann eine so schlimme Nacht und das Hotel findet noch nicht mal Worte der Entschuldigung. Aus dem Grund kann man dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.
