"Location was great! Had everything you need inside the rooms. Furniture and decor was a little dated but super clean. Took off one star because it would have been helpful to know that you are unable to get dropped off in front of the hotel since the entrance is off of a walkway, not a road. You have to walk about 2-3 minutes to the front entrance from the road."

"From the photos online we had a higher expectation of what our room would be. But, deapite the quirks of the roo., the hotel was clean, the staff friendly and helpful and it was a safe, secure and central place to stay."

"Friendly, helpful staff and a nice quiet room that was clean. Big room and bathroom too. Wifi worked great and the view from the panorama dining room was spectacular. Second time staying here and I like it. There also is a Continente grocery store in the building, so you can grab what you need for the day or for your excursion."

"Amazing location for the price!! Don’t stay here if you’re looking for anything fancy. The room is very simple but clean! The location is amazing!!! Close to the praça comércio and praça figueiro. Also about a 9 min walk to where all of the tours leaving Lisbon pick up. So many restaurants and stores nearby."
