Fabulous stay

I come every year on business and I always come back to the Elite Mimer. I travel a lot as part of my job, but I get hands down the best sleep here. Mattresses you sink into, excellent showers and full length baths to soak weary bones. The restaurant is incredible too- cannot recommend highly enough!

A clean hotel with reasonably good location. A better than average bathroom. A little bit tricky to access by car. Not enough hangers for clothes. Information of hotel restaurant, bar and other services was not available in the room. Yard and parking area icy and slippery, because no sand was used.

Fin byggnad, billiga sÀngar

Fin byggnad, flott lobby, relaxavdelning, fullt gym o.s.v. VĂ€ldigt bra frukost i fin restaurang. Men, lite trĂ„kigt att betala extra för deluxerum "med ljudisolering" för att hamna pĂ„ bottenplan med fönster rakt mot en bussterminal dĂ€r bussar konstant stod pĂ„ tomgĂ„ng. Hörde brummande hela kvĂ€llen och morgonen. Varmt i rummet men kunder inte vĂ€dra. Sen kĂ€nns det som Elite Hotel satsar pĂ„ konceptet "Fina, flotta byggnader – fruktansvĂ€rt obekvĂ€ma, billiga sĂ€ngar". Sov vĂ€ldigt dĂ„ligt och vaknade med vĂ€rk i kroppen. Sen var det problem med duschen/badkaret som inte tömdes sĂ„ det fylldes med vatten. Fick hjĂ€lp av trevlig kvinna i receptionen men hon kunde inte lösa det, sĂ„ vi hĂ€nvisades att duscha i relaxavdelningen. KĂ€ndes lite sĂ„dĂ€r... Jag brukar sĂ€ga att det viktigaste i ett hotell Ă€r hur bra man sover och jag sov ganska kass som följd av ovĂ€sen och obekvĂ€m sĂ€ng sĂ„ inte bĂ€sta hotellerfarenheten.

Hotellet var superbra, sköna sĂ€ngar och bra frukost. PĂ„ kvĂ€llen var vi och Ă„t en god middag, det enda negativa var besticken som ”rullade ” i handen. Sedan var man inte riktigt sĂ„ uppmĂ€rksam ifrĂ„n servitörerna som man kanske hade önskat. Bröd fick vi be om och sedan var det snĂ„lt med potatis sĂ„ vi fick be om pĂ„fyllning.

Var vÀldigt dammigt uppe pÄ skÄp och andra överkanter, sÄsom sÀngstomme. Luften i rummet var ofrÀscht. Fick bett pÄ kroppen i sÀngen under vistelsen. Hade inte bettmÀrkena nÀr vi kom till hotellet och de försvann nÄgra dagar efter hemkomsten, sÄ vi antar att de uppkom pÄ hotellet.

Fint hotell med fina rum! Rent stÀdat och lugnt. Det enda negativa var att en del saker verkade ha stÄtt framme ganska lÀnge vid frukosten sÄ det sÄg lite torrt ut, t ex pÄlÀgg och olika röror. Imponerande vistelse

AnlÀnde flera timmar innan check in för att lÀmna vÀskor. Till min glÀdje fick jag rummet redan vid 10.00. Superbra service! Rummet i sig (ett hörnrum) var fantastiskt. Högt i tak, golvvÀrme pÄ toaletten, skön sÀng. Mycket bra frukost med ypperlig service av kaffepÄfyllning vid borden. Morgontidningar i form av DI och DN. LÀget i centrala UmeÄ gÄr inte att klaga pÄ. Det var lite lerigt vid sidan av hotellet, i riktning mot centrum, pga ombyggnationer men det Àr knappast hotellets fel.
