Um pouco decepcionante

O hotel tinha uma cama confortável, mas praticamente era só isso. TV com poucos canais, internet só funcionou 2 vezes, em plena copa do mundo a tv do restaurante não funcionava. vi algumas baratinhas no banheiro entrando pelas frestas do box. Chuveiro com pouca água.

Bom custo beneficio

Geralmente a estadia é boa, a equipe sempre atende muito bem. Uma desvantagem é que normalmente durante o dia eles colocam música alta na área da piscina em frente aos quartos, o que perturba o sossego diurno.

Confortável

Fica em frente ao porto para acesso ao Resort Comandatuba, e observamos que boa parte dos hóspedes estavam indo ou voltando de lá, por conta de descasamento da hospedagem e do voo. Ao redor desse hotel não há muito oq se fazer.

O hotel é bem legal, uma piscina grande com um bar bem próximo que serve petiscos gostosos com um preço bem justo. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor e ter mais variedades, os pratos quentes ficavam frios e o que acabava não tinha reposição, minha única preocupação é sobre os protocolos para o COVID, na verdade, não existe, não foi medido temperatura quando entramos, nenhum questionário sobre nosso bem estar, não foi contado nenhum distanciamento social e nem obrigatoriedade ao uso de máscaras nas áreas comuns do hotel.

Hotel bom mas não existiu protocolo pra Covid

O hotel é bom, mas pecou no café da manhã ( quem chegasse perto de 08:00 não encontrava muitas opções pra comer) e principalmente não existe nenhum protocolo para prevenção da COVID, coisas simples como aferir temperatura e usar máscara próximo ao manuseio de alimentos não ocorreram. Do mais atendimento bom, estrutura boa.
