"Only stayed over night, but the hotel has everything you could want. Restaurant, indoor pool, exercise room. Airport shuttle runs 24 hours and for a few you can park your car there while you travel for a few."

"The staff was rude and the beds were never cleaned and had blood and mold on them and they refused to give me a refund even after I changed rooms."

"Room: missing thermostat, A/C unit in the room smelled funny and made noised when it was running. The Smart TV wasn't a smart tv but only a hospitality TV. Because of the unsecured network, we could only watch live TV and couldn't even connect to our own hotspot to use the Smart options on the TV. Food options: The Fifth restaurant was only open for breakfast and then sporadically for dinner even though it had a lunch and dinner menu. There were no options to eat there except for breakfast. The Eighteen Rotating Restaurant was an option but was seemingly expensive and needed reservations. Staff: Front desk took all of our concerns but didn't seem to work on the Thermostat and A/C issue we told them about. However, there were very good about switching our room when the door of the first room we had wouldn't close. "

"The second shift clerk was amazing. I didnt get her name but she has lips tattooed on her neck (love that) shes very knowledgeable and was very attentive to the guests she was working with "

"Make sure to check after you checkout they will charge your account for things at the front counter that you didn’t get. Crazy I was charged for something and the only thing they went off was that I grabbed something from there marketplace before I checked out but it could have been anyone which was crazy to me."

"Arrived at 9:00 pm and staff is gone. We struggled to open a lock box to get our room key from directions taped to the wall. The room had rubber floors and smelled, obviously used for people with pets. We were not able to switch rooms because there was no staff attending. Went to breakfast at 7:30 AM and coffee was empty and no staff available to refill. Nothing about the breakfast was appealing. Finally went to check out at 8 AM and get a final receipt and still no one at the front desk, so we slid our room keys under the locked door."
