"Great communication with host. Had a couple hiccups and she took care of them immediately and satisfactory. The place is unique but everything was brand new and it was very clean which is important to me. Very easy to get in and out of. Nice upfront parking. The city is amazing!"

"Building and grounds nicely done. Only real negative was being on the 1st floor was guests on the 2nd floor entering or leaving or in their rooms couldn't help but be heard because of a lack of sound insulation-pretty loud."

"We wanted a quiet home to relax with our dogs in between dog shows. This house was perfect. Nice secure fence in the back with a good deck for us to sit and watch them. The house is in great shape and had the coffee maker and nice size mugs for our morning coffee before heading to the show. In the evening, the family room was set up well for us to relax. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home."

"Everything was clean, the hot tub was a nice feature. Stared a fire pit, so I bought wood. It was not a fire pit. It was a propane fire feature."

"All Was Great' Perfect spot for what we were doing"

"Great service from staff when we had questions about local spots, felt like they cared about our experience here!"

"Very nice little place with a great view of the lake. We had about 15 deer walk down the shore line while we watched a distance lightning storm cross the lake.. the Sunrise view was perfect from inside the house or out on the porch."

"We were attending a concert in Saginaw a needed a place to stay for one night. We looked at hotels then came across The Tanner Building apartment. It was perfect! I loved the idea of staying in a building that was built in 1867. Inside the apartment was exactly like the pictures we saw online. Very neat and clean. The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked and everything worked as it should. The location was great and very walkable to shops and restaurants. There is even a Pub right next door....

"Super cute apartment. Very clean, good communication, great experience. The only issue was the bar is directly under one of bedroom windows and was so loud! Overall, very pleased!"
