"It’s a little tricky to arrive with luggage. We called an Uber from train station and he did not know how to get to the hotel so I would definitely just hail a taxi. That being said do not let that stop you from staying here!! It was so worth it. You are really in the heart of everything. Staff was AMAZING! We ended up rolling our luggage to the hotel restaurant and asked the waitress about checking in and within minutes someone with the hotel staff had all our info on his tablet and told us to follow him! He helped with luggage and took us to the most charming room! Very organized! They were also great with coordinating taxis for us so checking out with luggage was no issue. Taxi met us at the front door! Loved loved the hotel!!"

"The hotel doesn’t tidy your room each day, instead every other day. We asked, they said they would, they didn’t. This is also a really busy hotel and very noisy where our room was overlooking the vehicle drop off. It also means that breakfast is a scrum, so get there early. The parking is really expensive. We parked on road for a fraction of the cost. "

"This hotel is perfectly located with hiking, shopping, restaurants, and groceries all close by. Despite not speaking German, we had no problem checking in or getting around town. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. If I had one request, it would be a coffee maker in the room"
