I took this on May 28th at Switzerland's Harder Kulm! It's a great viewpoint at 1,321 m (4,334 ft) in the Berner Oberland. The Berner Oberland being one of the most picturesque parts of Switzerland. I only got to see a slice of it and I'm so glad I did :). One of those slices was at this top station. It's an easy funicular ride from Interlaken. I got there right before the fog engulfed everything!! Literally just a few minutes later this was all swallowed up by fog! But, though covered in atmosphere, I still got incredible mountain & lake views. Including views to the right side, as well, with even more mountains and a lovely valley! There is also Lake Thun on the right side but I wasn't able to see it - the fog already claimed the land! And, the lake you see here is Lake Brienz. I'd love to return someday and get more clear views. But, I can't complain, really. I loved the magic mood! The next day was my final one in Switzerland - I headed to the iconic Matterhorn!

It was just as described and on the pictures. What a lovely home and we loved the additions gifts such as the chocolate and card bus if needed. Such a nice, thoughtful touch. The rooms were what we needed, the stairs are a little steep but it was super cozy and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

Interlaken is a very touristy town. Didn't seem to have much variety regarding food options. We took a day trip to Lucerne which was nice and convenient. Everyone was very friendly.

It's a nice small town. Very convenient transportation. The bus and rail fare are usually included with hotel stay. One unpleasant experience was some restaurant waiters can be discriminated.
