"The staff, in person were great. They don’t empty trash or make beds or replenish anything unless you call and ask for it (I made our beds every day myself). I did call in the morning, before we left for the day, to have our trash emptied and the coffee cups, coffee and creamer replenished but when we got back about 3-4 hours later and it hadn’t been done. I called again and they brought it right up. Our room had a faint smell of smoke, I’m sure because we were on the side of the hotel where the smoking casino was, not sure how you fix that but it’s definitely there. The beds are okay, not the most comfortable for a hotel but okay. It was great for walking down to Niagra Falls and the the little pastry shop in the Seneca was great for a nice pastry and cappuccino in the morning. Parking is free and that in itself would have me coming back to stay there. We had an enjoyable stay."

"The location to the falls was amazing, we could walk only a few blocks to see them. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast was not very good and the property is in need of maintenance."

"The reason I gave a four star rating for this hotel is because when you enter, although much of the hotel looks very nice, the carpeting in the hallway are disgusting. When I saw this, it made me really wonder what our room would look like. Thankfully, the room was very nice and had a good view. They need to upgrade their carpeting to keep the hotel I can’t really sharp. They do allow dogs and have certain rooms designated for dogs and others for people without dogs. You need to specify if you do not want a room with dogs."
Adirondack Retreat Inn & Suites

"The hotel is very well located, and the price-to-value ratio is excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The only minor inconvenience was the parking. The parking area was quite full, so we had to park in a spot that was a little far from our room. However, the parking was still within the hotel property, so it was not a major issue. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again."
