I explained that we had booked additional on the Friday due to having to do some meetings for work, as well as the Saturdays original booking. I asked if we could stay in the same room for 2 nights. Ahmed who had greeted us ,was AMAZING, and sorted all that out for us , and made sure we had a room with air con. Professional, warming and welcoming , nothing was to much trouble. Amazing other staff who were like family , it had a family feeling in the hotel ,so comforting and warm welcoming. "

"We love Stratford Upon-Avon and a member of our family had stayed at the Crowne Plaza before. So we decided to give it a try. The only issues that I could mention was that the room 1019 was quite a walk from reception and, I had to report to the front desk that maybe the previous occupants had spilled some dark liquids on the carpets and caused them to stain."
