Embassy Suites by Hilton Temecula Valley Wine Country

"I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property and guest rooms felt very old, worn, and in need of renovation. The two beds in our room were extremely small, comparable to twin-size beds, which resulted in my husband having to sleep on the couch so that our family would have enough space, while our 15-year-old son used the second bed. The furniture throughout the room was scratched, damaged, and appeared overdue for repair or replacement. Additionally, the common areas of the hotel showed significant wear, including damaged walls and peeling paint, which did not meet my expectations for an Embassy Suites property. On a positive note, the housekeeping staff was very friendly and accommodating, promptly providing extra towels and assisting with our needs during our stay. Unfortunately, our experience with security was quite the opposite. We found the security staff to be rude and unprofessional when addressing guests regarding outside food in the patio area, despite the fact that we had also purchased food and drinks from the hotel bar. Overall, the condition of the property and the level of customer service from certain staff members did not meet the standards I expected. While I appreciated the kindness of the housekeeping team, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again."

"This was our first stay at Pala, we enjoyed the relaxed environment. There were plenty of restaurant options with hours opened as late as 2:00AM. The only negative for this visit was the room lighting, even with the curtains wide open for sunlight it still did not allow for better lighting."

"Love the scenery the rooms were clean love the amenities fireplace pool game room. the downside was that the walls are super thin on our last night we had neighbors next to us they were banging loud party so much noise from 1am until 4am at least that’s when we just went to sleep wanted to complain but too tired to look for the # they should post there # in the room. Other then Thin walls we enjoyed our stay but glad it was the last night so your getaway could be ruined depending on your neighbor"

"Good, clean room; staff was pleasant and breakfast was excellent. Only problem was trying to use the TV in the room. Remote didn't function properly, replaced batteries, but still essentially useless. It was like you needed your own paid subscriptions to access anything at all."

"So we reserved a room for 4 people. We only had two towels in the room. Not enough pillows, and only two rolls of toilet paper. Beds were not great, pillows horrible, then our key cards stoped working the day of check out well before check out time making it challenging to get packed and out the door. And yes the noise from the freeway traffic is annoying. Will not be staying there again."

"The room was clean, new , spacious and very convenient to have the kitchenette. Also 24 hour laundry and gym. Staffing was so kind and friendly. From Christiana to Margaret both helpful too. The location is also perfect close to everything close to WINE country and close to old town Temecula.."
