Nice clean rooms, still a little construction/renovations going on, didn't affect our stay. Great staff. Only inconvenience was the bar/ restaurant with the rooftop terrace wasn't open when we were there. Would stay again

Everything was perfect except the curtains could have been heavier and longer to block the daylight coming from the big window.

New hotel that opened in Oct 2023. Room was clean but very basic even for a higher priced room. Just one chair and a small round table in each room. Need a 2nd chair and need to put sliders on the bottom of chairs to prevent the dragging noise on the floor we heard above and next to us. Very annoying. CR(bathroom) was clean and sufficient. Shower pressure and hot water was good. Not enough closets or drawers. You have to live out of your suitcase basically which is not fun. No safe for valuable's in room either like most hotels have. Worst of all, no room service even though there is a restaurant in the hotel. That is something they need to fix as the restaurant staff is willing to do the room service but is prohibited by management from doing so for an unknown reason. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Parking was sufficient. Overall I'd call it a 3 star hotel. I would stay again though if the price is right on the travel sites. The location right off the Tplex makes it convenient. Sm Mall and outside restaurants just 1km down the road if you're staying for a while. All in all an ok hotel for being brand new. A few more upgrades like more furniture in the room and having room service available would really make this the premiere hotel in Urdaneta City. Hopefully they will make these upgrades over time.
