"The staff were exceptional—they accommodated our request to switch to a different floor, which we really appreciated.
We also accidentally left an item in our room after checking out. The hotel promptly contacted us, and we were able to pick it up when we returned to San Sebastián later that week. We were very grateful for their honesty and excellent service.
The location is great and made it easy to explore the city.
The only minor downside was the garbage bins at the front /side of the hotel, which slightly detracted from the entrance."
