Nice to arrive there FIRST, so you can breathe! Then from there to Machupichu you’re closer. Also great location to see all the Sacred Valley. Had great taxi driver that showed us around!

Lots to see in this area, if you know where to look. If you don't, ask the staff at Life Hotel Valle Sagrado. They will gladly point you to any of the excellent destinations, and they have convenient and economical transportation options as well.
