スタッフの方、特に女性の方は笑顔で対応ください好感が持てます 部屋はきれいで設備も整っておりバルコニーの灰皿も助かりました 2月の訪問でしたがスクリーンカーテン、エアコンではなかなか室温が上がらず、やや肌寒い感じでした 併設される温泉も温度はぬるめで、暑いシャワーを浴びて浴室を出ました 全体的に清潔な印象ですが、部屋の温度関係と温泉の湯温の質向上に期待します

まだ新しいホテルなのに、洗面所の排水口が、とても汚れていてびっくりしました。 掃除の後に 点検する人が必要かと思います。 あと、フロントの若い女性スタッフがとても感じ悪く、聞いているのに返事もしなかったり、質問に対して一言でしか返さないなど、驚きの対応でした。。。 温泉もあり、まだ新しいのですごく残念な気持ちになりました。
