"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. "The hotel is very unique and lovely. The room was large and we loved the balcony , really beautiful view of the castle. The bed was comfy with really big pillows, which appear to be normal in Germany. Location is ideal and the staff helped us with our parking , as there was a wine festival on, which shut off some parking. Breakfast was first class with lots of variety and the staff looked after us really well."
