  • Located in Uzès—near the National Stud Farm and 1.5 km from the town center, amidst lush greenery—this detached stone house is separate from our main residence and features its own entrance, a private garden, and free parking. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, a shower room, and an upstairs bedroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room.
    The cottage is also equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher for your convenience.
    Outside, there is an enclosed private garden of approximately 300 m², featuring a shaded wooden deck, sun loungers, outdoor seating, and a BBQ area with a table and chairs. You can wake up to the sound of birdsong and occasionally watch hot-air balloons drift across the sky. Numerous hiking and cycling trails are accessible directly from the house. You will appreciate the proximity to the town center while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.
