Our family group of five (across three rooms) had an exceptional stay at Babohi at Qwabi. The safari experience exceeded every expectation, giving us close encounters with many animals. We enjoyed a sundowner with Rhinos walking around us, and woke up to Lions roaring in the early morning, moments we'll never forget. We also spotted Elephants, Hippos, and Giraffes throughout our stay.

Our stay at 57 Waterberg was truly unforgettable and easily one of the highlights of our trip to South Africa. From the moment we arrived, there was an incredible sense of warmth, hospitality, and genuine care. The lodge manages to combine a beautiful, luxurious experience with an intimate, family-like atmosphere, which is not easy to accomplish—especially in such a remote and spectacular setting.

Beautiful game reserve with all the amenities for cycling and hiking. They also have a nice pool and a tennis court. The food was very good and the luxury tent where we stayed was very comfortable, with an outdoor hot tub that was very pleasant. A perfect place to do some sports or just relax in the middle of nature.

We had a very large canvas tent with multiple rooms and a thatched roof. The bed was very comfortable and netted to keep out flying critters. The front balcony overlooked a savanna type landscape where animal viewing is certainly possible, though we only saw them on our game drive. Very tasty buffet options were provided at dinner and breakfast. There are two game drives per day, with the morning drive shortly after sunrise. The game drive was surprisingly eventful as we saw 6 young lions behaving...

Marataba is different from other safari lodges. First there are only two lodges in the whole park which means no crowds. Game drives where incredible with Big 5 viewings, but specially one of the 5 (won't Say for conservation issues) is everywhere. The mounitain and the view just makes this place magic. Staff Will do everything in their power to make You feel like Home.
