Loistava majapaikka kahdelle hengelle Vaasan keskustassa. Olohuoneen sohvalla tosin nukkuisi kolmaskin. Parkkihalli talon alla ja oma parkkiruutu hallissa. Asunto on todella siisti, sauna hyvä ja lasitettu parveke on tilava. Todella rauhallinen taloyhtiö. Todella mainio keskusta-asunto. Yhteydenpito vuokraajaan tekstareilla helppoa ja nopeaa. Asunnossa on WI-FI.

Huoneisto oli uudehkossa talossa ja se oli erittäin siisti sekä hyvin varustettu. Sänky oli mukava ja saunasta plussaa. Viestintä majoittajan kanssa oli mutkatonta ja majoittajalta tuli selkeät ohjeet sisäänkirjautumiseen. Jos jotain parannettavaa haluaa löytää, niin huoneistossa olevat ohjeet olisivat saaneet olla myös suomen kielellä ja sohva oli parhaat päivänsä nähnyt.

Kiva, siisti asuntoa korkeassa kerroksessa, jossa raikas tuuli. Sisustus on siisti, rakennus uusi. Hinta sopiva verrattuna hotelli majoitusta. Sisäänkirjoittaminen onnistui ongelmitta. Yhteys henkilö erittäin avulias. Hieman pidempi matka keskustasta, mutta kyllä kävelyllä onnistuu. Oman majoitus aikana oli rankka vesisadetta joten käytimme autoa. Ympärillä kadulla pysäköinti yleensä 2t mutta muutama ilmaisia paikkoja löydy jossa ei ole aika rajoituksia. Asunto hiljainen.

Hyvin sujui, helppo sisääkirjoittautuminen, mutta kehityskohteita: asunnon verhot eivät kokonaan peitä ikkunia, eli valoisaa on. Olisi hyvä nähdä pohjapiirrustus etukäteen, luulin että asunnossa olisi kaksi makuhuonetta, aika pieni jos on 5 henkilöä (esim vain neljä tuolia ja yksi varmaan varavuoteessa). Parkkipaikan löytäminen oli hieman hankalaa ja se sijaitsee melko kaukana asunnosta.

Trevlig och bra service av boendets värdar. Fin och välskött lägenhet i lugnt o tyst område. Enda negativa var att det var svårt att mörklägga i vardagsrummet för de som sov i bäddsoffan Var inte gardiner så det räckte hela fönstrena. Samt för ljusa gardiner. Något hårda sängar för våran smak. Annars helt perfekt.

Superfin lägenhet med allt som kan tänkas behövas. Rent och snyggt vid ankomst. Det enda minuset är brandstationen som ligger alldeles bredvid som kan störa nattsömnen.
