What made the situation worse was the complete lack of effort to resolve it. No alternative accommodations were offered, no assistance was provided in finding another hotel, and there was little acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. After a long day of travel, being turned away without support is unacceptable. Overbooking may happen, but how a hotel handles it is what matters—and in this case, the response was careless and unprofessional. I would not recommend staying here based on this experience."
