We did have issues with the tv in our room that could not be resolved. The hotel manager worked with us to make it equitable."
"The location is amazing, rooms are spacious, decor is a bit dated but fine.
My only real complaint is that breakfast is not included. It’s only $13.95 and at that price just build it into the price of the room. The offering is minimal so can’t cost the hotel much, and the guest would feel like there is some value add to their stay.
I’d go back just the same."
"This was up there with worst stays ever. We’ve had nicer Motel 6 accommodations than this place. We started with an arrival and everything looked very dated, but we aren’t super picky. It was definitely not the quality shown in the Expedia images. Maybe there’s another full buildings of condos somewhere, but what we were offered all looked straight out of the 70s. The restaurant stopped serving food at 9 and closed at 10, which wouldn’t have been a problem if we had known- Google said it closed...
"Hotel was very run down for a “4 star rating”. The shower sliding door wouldn’t close so it kept sliding open during my shower. The shower products were not refilled and overall it just looked like it needed a good clean and update. The staff weren’t very friendly and no one was at the desk when we arrived. Wouldn’t stay here again."
"Excellent located right in Vail Village. Enjoyed dinner at Pepi’s right at hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Had to park at central parking but walk was short. Don’t try to drive to hotel to drop off luggage because you’ll drive thru pedestrian zone."
