2010 Vermont Rd, brought to you by Mountain Vacation Lodging, is a home that you will return to year after year. This duplex has a great location in both summer and winter seasons. Guests are only a few minutes away from the restaurants, shops and grocery stores of West Vail, the Lionshead Parking Structure and the free bus stop. If you're hoping to bring your dog, we are happy to accommodate up to 1 dog. Our home has a woodburning fireplace, private hot tub, designated office space with a second screen, an expansive wrap around deck with an outdoor propane firepit, garage parking, etc. The bedding can work well for a few couples or a small family. Location: -- Lifts: 2 miles from the Lionshead Parking Structure. Less than a 10 minute walk from the closest free bus stop, the South Frontage stop. -- Town: Located in West Vail, only a few minutes drive from West Vails restaurants, grocery stores and other shops.
Arrival, Access, and Parking: – Accessing the Property – The driveway slopes downhill towards the house. There are 6 or 7 steps down from the driveway to access the home. Once inside there are two short flights of stairs to access the upper level and two short flights of stairs to access the lower level. – Parking – Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. 1 car can park in the garage and the other 3 at the top of the driveway. If your group needs additional parking options, contact us for additional options. – 4WD vehicle information – 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions
