4 gites + 2 accommodations + 1 shop in the owner's house. 1st floor: living room-kitchen with lounge area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed / 2 single beds), shower room. Ski room. Private balcony terrace. Ski area Val Cenis Vanoise (gondola 150m). Country house 150m from the gondola and the slopes. In the heart of the resort-village. Facing south. Vast terrace exposed in balcony. All amenities on site (leisure, shops and services). Beautiful unobstructed view of the massif and the estate. At the foot of the slopes of the vast domain of Val-Cenis-Vanoise (gondola 150m). In the heart of the Vanoise National Park on the road to the famous Cols du Mont-Cenis (Italian border) and Iseran. Ideally located for hiking and cycling in the summer (many mythical passes!). Leisure center 100m away, ideal for children.
