"Trying to contact the hotel was impossible with “Alice” their AI handling the calls. The staff was pleasant but having arrived early, I had to wait in the lobby for 9 hours before my room was ready. Then one of my bags was taken to another guest’s room. Meals could be taken at the bar as the restaurant was not available. There was mo explanation of hours or room service. Written materials would have been nice."
