"The room was clean and the overall hotel amenities and facilities were quite good. The service was excellent. The front desk, restaurant and cleaning staff were all extremely attentive and helpful."

"So understaffed we had to wait until 5pm to be given a room and were late for our dinner reservations. There was one young woman working the front desk. She was lovely but incapable of managing the crowd of people who occupied the lobby because housekeeping wasn’t ready with the rooms. She should not have been alone at the front desk on a busy Saturday. 4:00pm is already a late check-in time; 5pm is ridiculous. The room was clean but small and spartan, like a dorm room. There was absolutely nothing “boutique” about this place. We were very disappointed."

"I honestly wanted a refund…the pictures on the site compared to in person were so far from not even being close..the pool was disgusting. Could hardly understand the workers at the front desk. My shower had to conditioners and no shampoo. Only 2 lights worked in my room even after I told the front desk"

"Area felt safe, overall the stay was pleasant. The walls seemed a bit thin and we could heard the tv next door quite clearly. Breakfast was just ok. "

"The staff were super nice from check in to check out. The breakfast staff went above and beyond. They interacted with my children and made their stay great. We love Tamika. The location was excellent for anyone headed to a pirates or steelers game."

"Staff was Amazing from the get-go. Ray at Check-in went above and beyond to accommodate us, out of his way to walk through the rain while we followed in car to the garage parking lot, and showed us how to use the QR code to access hotel parking, and how to get back in without walking out into the rain to get back in to hotel. He was very personal/friendly and absolutely a scholar and a gentleman. Tarik Moosa Director of food and Beverage was also Super Awesome. He made sure to follow up and our stay, experience at the hotel and was very accommodating too. Extremely friendly and entertaining, while giving except service and information about the area."
