It was a beautiful building very closed walking distance to main downtown Valencia attractions. Charming Bar/Coffee places near by. Very closed to shopping mall Corte Ingles. Highly recommended

Fabulous locations for a weekend away

Great B&B for a quick stop in the city. Close distance to the historic district, good dining option available around. Clean and well maintained, check in process was also easy, although there are no clerks and one needs to use a check-in machine to get keys.

The room was exactly how pictured- it was in a great location and was a nice classic Spanish building on a nice park. The self check in was easy and communication was easy with the hotel. Definitely a great and affordable option :)

Great location, comfy bed, friendly staff and very helpful to all requests (I needed and iron and kettle). Close distance to attractions. Room exactly as picture. I was worried about the toilet outside of room, but no issues at all as it was literally opposite.

Great location

Great location, the pod coffee and fridge were great. Ringing the hotel was fine to gain access to the hotel. Need to ensure you pick the correct language on the check-in machine as there are no people there.

The room was extraordinarily spacious, airy, clean, and comfortable while also flattering me with its fresh elegance. I loved the bed; if time had permitted, I would have spent all day in it. The bathroom too was spacious and well lit, while the independently controlled electric radiator guaranteed constant warmth and fast-drying towels. The only major problem was the television: its remote control did not work. All the staff were extremely kind and gracious, especially Maria Carmen. She let me keep my pile of luggage under lock and key in the office between my morning check-out and my departure at 3:00 p.m. Muchas gracias!

We only got to stay for one day, but the property was PERFECT for exploring Valencia. Right Doyle , maybe a ten minute walk to the cathedral and market. The virtual check in would be tricky without directions, so make sure you communicate with the hotel to get directions for this. Simone was incredibly helpful and everything was easy.

This hotel was safe, clean and unique. I thought there was parking on the premises but there wasn’t. We had to park in the public parking garage across the street. Check in took long because we got there after 15:00 and had to use a machine to self check in. All in all a great and clean hotel.

Breakfast too far away from Ciutat Vella

Great location. Easy access to shopping and sightseeing. Only downfall was the breakfast that we purchased. The cafe was the opposite of the old town about 0.5 km in Mercado Colon, not to be confused with the central market. We opted not to walk there but had breakfast in one of the many cafes nearby.

Location is really good. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. However, the building is old and even though it has been refurbished is not insulated for the noise. When you are in your room, you can hear doors slamming, alarms going off on the room besides, the room beside coughing, people doing the check out… is not the most quiet place to rest.

We had a great stay at Hi hotel Boutique, the staff is very kind and helpful, the property is very well located within 5 minutes walking from the most important city sighseeings, the rooms are - fairly - quiet but have all the necessary amenities and space, bed and pillows are really comfortable! Only small negative point is that since the building is a little bit old there´s a smell in the rooms in summer time because of the heat, however, the staff is very helpful and they did everything to make it better for us :) I highly recommend this place if you´re staying in Valencia!

This property only does contactless check in as many other properties do and you must call them. Which is fine they do not answer their phone or messages via Whatsapp or Expedia. The multiple booking reference number they provided did not work on their self check in machine and so I was stuck in the common area. Thank god there a lovely lady showed up, she might've been another guest or a cleaner. With my limited Spanish, we were able to communicate and she was able to get me checked in. I stayed here for 2 nights and they never responded to any of my messages to apologise or check that everything was ok. I wouldn't stay here again unless absolutely necessary.

Found someone else’s hairs in our shower, there was no remote for the TV anywhere in the room, the walls of the room were so thin that we could hear the main door to the property close, we could hear when others turned on their showers, we could hear our neighbour’s baby crying and other neighbour’s phone alarm. It was very difficult to sleep here because of this and the earplugs provided did not help. The soap had not been refilled for our stay, we ran out after our 2nd or 3rd day there and didn’t receive any more after texting the WhatsApp number provided. Both me and my partner also woke up with lots of bites all over our bodies after sleeping in the bed - we’re unsure if these are from mites, bed bugs or fleas but the bites only covered the parts of our skin that were in direct contact with the bed and sheets. They definitely weren’t mosquito bites. Despite the overwhelming negatives, some big positives were the bedroom being nice and large, the view of the city, and its central location.
