Day one when we checked in they allocated a room which was not cleaned at all, we saw a bug in shower and pathetic, even-though after long day we wanted to rest, had to deal with this. And the shower was wide open, bathroom almost flooding when you take shower. Personally I donā€™t recommend this hotel for stay, even though it is one of the high end.

I stayed for five nights and needed an iron, but I was told I had to pay to have it sent to my room. This was the first time a hotel didn't offer to bring the iron to me; instead, they asked for payment. I didn't request the serviceā€”my goal was to iron my own shirt during my five-day stay. Very disappointed.

This hotel is perfectly located near shopping areas and popular tours, making it a great choice for travelers. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Modern hotel near to shopping centre,restaurants and acquarium Did not particularly like bathroom door and bath plug was broken otherwise room was clean and a good size. Aircon worked well. Prepare to use transport to het into the old town or to visit the beach area Breakfast choice was good although can get busy
