The hotel is right by the train so anyone traveling by train can walk over. The parking was limited but available when we got there. The area around hotel didn’t look very safe at night due to being close to station. The breakfast was good. The room was spacious but definitely needs updating. They don’t even have a small fridge in rooms or even safe and the Furnitire and bathroom need updating.

Well situated hotel beside green area.

A well situated hotel right outside city center, great breakfast-buffet, kind staff, metro station within 100 m. Unfortunately there are only two elevators, meaning you can have to wait for some minutes in rush time.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. 5 stars to all them. Especially the night staff. Only issue was that my shower didn’t work. I was only there one night and didn’t notice til midnight. There was nothing they could do , which is understandable. They should really test the rooms before having people stay there. It was very clean. Just an awful shower. Make sure to check it when checking in so that it can be addressed if there’s an issue. So I stayed one day and wasn’t able to shower. Which was really disappointing. And they didn’t have another room that I could use.

Excellent hotel for a Valencia visit

City break inn Valencia taking in the Fallas festival. The hotel was perfect. One stop from Angel Gomera and the centre of the city so we could actually escape the madness and sleep but only a very short walk to the metro and then one stop to the centre. Also bus stops writhing 50m to go out to the harbour and beach if desired. A perfect location next to a big shopping mall and two supermarkets close by to. It was a perfect location for us. The staff (Iker was the very helpful man who checked us in) were helpful and informative, the breakfast was excellent and our room and beds were comfortable. We had a perfect stay at this hotel and would return without hesitation.

Not worth the money

The staff was very polite and serviceminded. But I exspect a refrigerator on the room and much better gym for a four star hotel. It was real simple.

I was very pleased with the overall structure of the property. I completed the online check-in in order to facilitate the staff’s work. I had paid for half board, but as I arrived after midnight—having informed the property by phone in advance—I was provided with nothing more than a very disappointing salad consisting of onions and unpleasant-smelling tuna, a 500 ml bottle of water, and a small portion of fruit. The room was extremely dusty: under the bed I found various items, including plastic beads from a broken bracelet. The amount of dust was considerable, and unfortunately, as I am allergic to dust mites, I was unable to breathe comfortably. Moreover, the bedsheets were stained with spots of blood, which is entirely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. Even the bedside lamps were covered in dust. This morning I noticed no vacuum cleaners in use; the cleaning appeared to be done only with a broom and a dust cloth. Additionally, the staff initially refused to allow me to use the bathtub for bathing, and I had to argue in order to obtain the bathtub plug.

Included breakfast was amazing! The rooms though clean were quite outdated. The bathroom definitely needed update with cracked tiles and few amenities. The bed was horrible. It was lumpy and uncomfortable. Walking to old town was easy. Buses and metro within one block.
