The location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were issues with the water temperature one morning and the next morning the shower turned on and dripped loudly the next. The pool area could use more seats and our small patio could have used a couple of chairs and small table. Overall a good value for the price.

A nice boutique hotel with all the amenities you'll need. The location is excellent with walking distance to almost everything! Lots of littles shops and restaurants near-by.

Great little hotel in the heart of old town! Can walk to all kind of restaurants and shops (Central Market is a minute away). Big rooms, clean and comfortable, although bathroom was a little dark. Incredibly gracious and helpful English-speaking staff. Highly recommend.

Three Night Leisure break

The hotel feels clean and comfortable, and ideally situated a short walk from most major tourist sites, It was a two minute stroll from the central market . We didn’t include breakfast based on previous reviews, I think it was okay, but nothing hot. Plenty of local Cafes and bakers around.

Great location and great service

All the desk people were so kind and helpful! We had an issue with the air conditioning, which was the only negative but they tried many times to fix the problem, then upgraded us to a better room with good air conditioning. And the location was close to the train station and all the wonderful architecture of Valencia.

Thank you to Preston at Reception for all your top recommendations. Very helpful! The location of the hotel was perfect for walking to most sights and lots of restaurants and cafes. Slightly poor lighting in the room and strange arrangement of the basin and shower but very clean, spacious and pretty quiet. Would recommend.

It is a basic hotel room with everything you need. Nice big shower and separate toilet. The shower is glass and is directly in room so perhaps not a great choice if your not travelling with a partner. We didnt use the pool, it is small and there are only a few chairs available which were all occupied when we were there. Breakfast is very simple but has everything you need except coffee..only a nespresso machine.

Misrepresented

Hotel was misrepresented online. The pool and outdoor terrace are the reason we booked the hotel and both were closed and under construction. Additionally, the restaurant in the photos is not welcoming to tourists. Recommend staying elsewhere for the cost.

Nice but some details still lacking

Overall a nice stay! Only strange thing were: there are no glasses available in the hotel room despite having a minibar, (except for the big plastic cups used for toothbrushes). Asked in the reception if we could borrow some but there were no glasses available at all. The reception advised us to buy plastic cups in the supermarket next door, which we did. Those were however taken the next day by the cleaner despite being kept on nightstand and not close to bin. Couldn’t borrow glasses from the breakfast room either as it was run by another company and not the hotel.

Perfekte Lage, wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer. Frühstück für den Preis sehr gut, aber leider viele abgepackte Sachen. Rührei etc. auf Wunsch sehr lecker, super netter Frühstücksservice. Frühstücksraum klein und ohne Tageslicht. Leider trotz Buchung zweier Einzelbetten nur ein Doppelbett mit einer großen Zudecke erhalten. Bei Reklamation dann noch eine zweite große Decke statt 2 kleine erhalten. Holzboden im Zimmer aufgequollen, da Wasser aus der Dusche läuft, auch feuchte Stellen und Schimmel an der Decke.

Everything was excellent. However, we were charged for our stay even though we had prepaid. When we were refunded the currency exchange was different and we lost money. We should not be out money because of their mistake. Unfortunate since it was a nice stay.
