The accommodation:



If what you wish for your stay in Valencia is a comfortable, well-equipped apartment close to the centre, but away from the hustle and bustle and well connected by public transport, this apartment is undoubtedly designed for you. Located near Avenida del Puerto, very close to the City of Arts and Sciences, the Fallas Museum and the Aqua, El Saler and El Corte Inglés shopping centres. The area is mainly residential and quiet, but it is also easily accessible to the centre by public transport. You can find small neighbourhood shops and restaurants nearby.



The 77 m2 apartment features the following spaces:

- Spacious living room with sofa, practical rectangular dining table, HD TV, with access to an external balcony.

- Fully equipped independent kitchen, with microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, blender, kettle… Access to a small external gallery where the washing machine is located.

- Master bedroom with double bed of 150x190cm, chair and open wardrobe.

- Bathroom with sink with drawers and mirror, toilet, and functional shower.

- The second bedroom is equipped with two single double beds of 90x190cm, 2 shelves and a chest of drawers.



It is provided with bed linen, one hand towel and one bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing powder, washing-up liquid, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel in bathroom) and coffee capsules and a 1.5l bottle of mineral water.

The Neighbourhood:

La Creu del Grau is a neighbourhood located in the Camins Al Grau district, in the east of Valencia. It borders, to the north, Avenida del Puerto; to the east, Calle de Ibiza; to the south, Avenida de Baleares; and, to the west, Calle de Lebón. The neighbourhood alternates residential buildings with small green areas. There is good bus communication and it is possible to reach the nearest metro stations to the neighbourhood (Ayora and Marítim-Serrería).

Within 100 metres of the apartment there are all kinds of services, restaurants, hairdressers, bicycle rental, shopping centres Aqua, El Saler, El Corte Inglés, Supermarkets: Mercadona, Lidl, Consum etc…



How to get around:

Just a few metres from the building there are stops for:

- Bus: Illes Canaries - Trafalgar ( 4 - 30 - 92, N8 ).

Pintor Maella - Illes Canàries ( 35 ).

- Metro: ( Ayora: 5, 7 and Marítim-Serrería: 5, 6, 7, 8 ).

- Taxi.

- Cycle lane.



House Rules:

- No parties.

- No smoking.

- No pets. Except for officially certified emotional support animals. This exception is subject to an additional charge of €50 and prior verification of the pet's official permit or certificate.

- No more people than those booked.

- Responsibility, respect and good conduct towards all facilities in use and towards neighbours.

- No rubbish in the accommodation. Waste bins are located on the street. Valencia has a daily waste collection service for 4 types: paper / glass / containers and plastics plus general waste.
