The living-dining room has a 150 X 200 sofa bed and Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, as well as a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and microwave. The dining room also has a balcony. The whole house has air conditioning and duct heating. The Wifi is 1Terabyte. It is an ideal space for both families and business trips. The apartment is located 500 m from the beach and 100 m from the metro where you can connect to the center of Valencia in just 15-25 min.
