"On the whole a great hotel, super location and the reception staff were amazing. My only problem was accessibility for a partially disabled elderly mother. The bar was difficult to access and it wasn’t until the last day that one kind member of staff showed her a step free route to her room. The other bar staff did not help and a few clearly were not -disability friendly. So I would recommend the hotel for everything apart from this factor."

"We arrived around midnight and the shuttle waited for us. The checkin was really quick and the staff was very polite. The room is well maintained and was clean. Free bottle of water. The soap was broken but this is minor. The hotel is 5 minutes from the airport. The hotel is in a very beautiful building. Breakfast was fine - not a lot of selections, but it was enough. The shuttle back to the airpot left right on time . Overall highly recommend"

"The property is extremely close to the airport. Perfect for when you only need a night or so. They have a shuttle that’s €5 which is super convenient. Pretty much runs all the time. Call once you pick up your bags and they are there within five minutes.Beds were comfortable shower had great hot water. My flight was early so I didn’t have any of the breakfast. Nothing fancy, but definitely extremely convenient and comfortable."

"It was certainly a beautiful hotel. It needs to be renovated. I was told that this winter they are closing down for a massive renovation project adding a lift and bringing the hotel up to par. The staff were excellent. The pool was divine, as was the general out door area and the bar was elegant but fun. Looking forwards to trying the renovated version. If travelling to see lake Como, it is a fair distance and generally a car is needed."
