  • This is just one of many spectacular views from a walk entitled "Pas Du Loup". We started at Capluc, a cross on a peak above Le Rozier and did the entire circuit. It's still comfortably in my top ten all time great walks. If you suffer acrophobia it's one to be avoided. The area is also something of a mecca for rock climbers. The whole Goreg du Tarn is a special place for me because the tourist buses don't go there and it's reputedly the deepest gorge in Europe.

Établissement repris depuis peu, encore dans son jus avec beaucoup de rénovations à envisager dans les chambres et les salles de bains, mais on sent une vraie volonté de bien faire. Situé dans un très beau parc. Personnel très attentionné. Bonne table et très (très) bonne cave. Ne manquez pas l'animation dégustation de vins.

Rénovation réussie

Petit déjeuner extraordinaire. Brioche maison à ne pas manquer! Un coup de neuf a été opéré par les nouveaux propriétaires: la terrasse entièrement revue, le hall d'accueil est spacieux, lumineux, contemporain. La salle de restauration parait plus grande (murs et plafonds blancs et parquet neuf). La literie est ferme mais confortable. La cuisine est gastronomique sans que les prix soient exorbitants. L'ensemble dans une propreté irréprochable ... et un couple d'accueil charmant, qui sait recevoir. Nous n'avons pas été dépaysés ayant apprécié la continuité dans la qualité de l'accueil par rapport aux anciens propriétaires. Bref nous reviendrons. Une adresse à conseiller.
