Starting point to many tourist places: duchy of Uzès, Pont du Gard, Orange, Nîmes, Avignon and for nature, bamboo plantation of Anduze, Camargue and Cévennes.

Great comfort (whirlpool), open view, calm and not overlooked.

Superbe séjour au sud de la France

Maison très bien amenagée et preparé pour vacances et loisirs. Localisation parfaite, près de St Quentin et Uzés. Seul bémol, le materiel de cuisine (poiles) seraient à renouveller. Mais en général on a beaucoup aimé.

La propriété en elle meme est très agréable surtout la pièce à vivre très spacieuse. Quelques détails à revoir notamment sur la propreté alors qu'on nous demande un forfait de nettoyage important.Pour le reste nous en ferons part directement au propriétaire

Séjour plaisant, mais 2 deceptions ...

Emplacement idéal , maison bien concue avec beaucoup d'espaces, belle piscine avec des assises agréables / tables pour manger autant à l'ombre qu'au soleil . Par contre le coin cuisine n'était pas du tout nettoyé : le four contenait des restes de pizzas pourris, les casseroles toutes grasses et la minuscule chambre annexe qui donnait à l'extérieur n'était pas vivable à cause d'odeurs insupportables. La maison serait 100% recommandable si la guarantie du passage d'une femme de ménage avant la location est confirmée et si la location de cette maison n'est que pour 8 personnes adultes maximum et de condamner ainsi cette minuscule chambre qui n'a aucun charme .

Magnifique maison spacieuse mais manque la climatisation

Très belle maison bien équipé pour 10 personnes mais il manque la climatisation au niveau des chambres . Les nuits sont très difficiles malgré la fermeture des volets .

Belle villa fonctionnelle et piscine de grande qualité

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Vallabrix. Villa bien situé dans un hameau tranquille proche de saint Quentin la poterie et d’Uzes. Nous recommandons, la piscine est exceptionnelle par la qualité de son eau et son emplacement. Le patio est une très bonne idée.

Maison agréable mais extérieur décevant

À notre arrivée la piscine était sale et les coussins d’extérieur aussi !!! Dommage nous avons louer pour 5 chambres et il faut savoir que la 5ème est minuscule avec canapé lit et à l’extérieur ! De plus pour des personnes âgées l’accès à la maison est difficile ! Nous avons malgré tout passé un bon petit séjour en famille .

La villa est idéalement situé, c’est un endroit charmant qui correspond à la description faite. Les volumes sont particulièrement appréciable, l’ensemble des équipements référencés sont fonctionnels. Les différentes chambres presque toutes équipé d’une salle d’eau sont spacieuses. Je recommande cette location pour tous groupe friand de retrouvaille en toute simplicité.

Bon potentiel mais mauvais entretien

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances entre amis mais la maison etait décevante : photo non conforme à la réalitée : l'éclairage de la piscine n'est pas fonctionnel, le babyfoot n'était plus là, pas de palmier dans le jardin. Ensuite, le salon de jardin est très abîmé. Les vis dépassent du plancher de la terrasse et certaines sont manquantes et les planches se lèvent lorsqu'on marche dessus. la barrière est branlante. De nombreuses ampoules ne marchaient pas dès notre arrivé. Point positif : grande maison, piscine agréable, assez d'équipements de cuisine pour accueillir plusieurs personnes, les salles de bains étaient conforme aux photos, assez de place assise pour toutes les personnes. Le lieu est agréable; pas de bruit, quartier tranquille, voisinage agréable.
