A little gem!

This small hotel is a gem in Valladolid! and I always choose to stay here when I am in town. Very well run, excellent service and friendly personnel all through. Situated in a very pleasant area of Valladolid center, with several good bars and restaurant nearby, but still quiet in the rooms.

We stayed overnight en-route to Portugal. The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Unfortunately it was a 10 day holiday in Valladolid and the shops were closed and there were large crowds which were very noisy. We will definitely return to the hotel during a different week of the year

Decent hotel in Valladolid but not great.

Reception staff were really nice and helpful. They all spoke English too. The location is fabulous also. The only thing is the room was really cramped, the bed was uncomfortable, and I could hear people through the ceiling and walls.
Outside area really buzzy with lots to do and see.

El hotel está perfectamente ubicado, junto a la Catedral y en un radio de 5/10 minutos andando de casi todos los monumentos principales y de la zona de tapas y copas. El personal de Recepción es muy amable y colaborador.

El hotel está bien situado, en el centro de la ciudad. Esa es la ventaja principal. Respecto a la calidad de la habitación en la que nos han alojado: En la planta baja, fría y humeda, poco confortable, con una vista al parking y unas almohadas realmente duras. Solicitamos calefacción en recepción puesto que teníamos mucho frió, y nos facilitaron una estufa pequeña lo que es de agradecer, pero que la primera respuesta sea, que no ponen calefacción, nos dejo heladas.
