Phoned 1hr before arrival and told all bookings today are complete. After 10 mins trying to explain in my broken Spanish and their broken English managed to resolve. Arrived reception on 5floor took another 15mins to sort passport details. Room clean beds clean .

Good stay, smallish room, clean facilities

We entered as some other guests were leaving. I don't know if we would have been able to check in if not for them. The information on the internet says that reception is not 24 hours but we managed ok. Communication is not always clear - since we don't speak Spanish, we relied on google translate. Everything was fine with our stay - I'm just not sure how reliable/easy it would have been if there were any problems. The room was a little bit cramped but good enough. I think there weren't many other people staying at the time because it seemed as if we had the shared bathroom all to ourselves, which was great 👍

Por dos noches pagamos algo más de 100€,no valía ese precio. La ubicación no está mal, pero no estás en el centro, caminando 10-15 min. Debajo hay un Carrefour y un bar (además de tres funerarias, que está frente a un hospital). El chico que nos antendió fue amable, pero destacó más lo que debíamos hacer nosotros al salir que las prestaciones que ofrecían (no muchas, pero por ejemplo no nos comentó nada del wifi o el aire aconcionado). La habitación era terrible. Hacía calor porque la ventana daba a un patio de luces y no corria aire. En lugar de una cama de matrimonio, eran dos camas pequeñas de distinta altura y distinto tamaño, dispuestas de forma que la más grande estaba al lado de la puerta por lo que si la movías un poco ya chocaba con la puerta. La otra era con patas plegable y poca estabilidad. Los colchones y almohadas eran muy cómodos. No había cabeceros. El armario era antiguo pero funcional. Había un escritorio con una silla pero no había espacio para usarlo bien, la silla la usamos de segunda mesita de noche ya que sólo había una, y aún así el espacio escaso. Cortina que bloqueaba muy bien la luz pero que no permitía tampoco pasar el aire. Baño incomodo por poco espacio, chocabas con una columna al bajarte los pantalones. Un bastoncillo usado en el suelo así que la limpieza regular. Resumen: pasable pero con muchos detalles mejorables. Te insistían en usar una “encuesta de satisfaccion” imagino para evitar reseñas negativas. Repetiría Valladolid pero no aquí

Really nice owner, had a collab with a restaurant where you get 15% procent of the meal. The waiters there are happy and welcoming, you can check out from the hotel whenever you want since it's 24 hour opened. Great service!

El Hotel esta en buen lugar, central y cerca de muchas atracciones. El cuarto era pequeño pero las camas muy cómodas y todo muy limpio y callado. Los Hoteleros fueron fantásticos, muy agradables y amables. Lo recomiendo. The Hotel is in a good, safe and central place with lots of attractions around. The room was small but, very clean and the beds were very confortable. The bathroom does not have a toilet, you have to use outside toilet but, it was ok, I didn't mind it, The staff was awesome, very nice and friendly, and extremely helpful. I recommend !
