Only 4.1km from the beautiful Valldemossa, you have 106m2 of living space and 5000 m2 outside area, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. In addition to a TV, air conditioning and central heating, there is also a parking space (3 parking spaces) & bicycle garage, furnished terrace (150m2) with barbecue and private pool (9mx4m).

If you travel with a large group we can offer the twin house that is right next door (Son Galceran Petit), so we can accommodate up to 8 people. While you live in the UNESCO World Heritage area, you are also the neighbour of Michael Douglas in a private and exclusive residential area.

The highlight of the house is definitely the outstanding view, partly to Barcelona.

Added to this is the private hiking trail to the stone bay from the house. The nearest sandy beach (Son Bunyola) is 17.7 km away, the stone beach Cala Deia 10 km. The airport can be reached in 30,2km.

You want to stock up on groceries, in 3.8km you will meet the nearest supermarket. For dining, give a try to the nearby restaurant Can Costa or one of the famous "Coca de patata" in the famous bakery in Valldemossa.

Adorned by cactus pines and olive trees and bordered by the typical fence made of logs, you can really relax in the outdoor area. Whether under the pergola in the shade, while grilling with gigantic vision or while splashing around in the pool, it could not be better.

Despite the great outdoor area, the house also has a balcony with the perfect view, just a dream place.

The inviting entrance leads into the traditional interior. From all corners of the house the dream view captivates with incomparable flair.

Even a cosy fireplace evening at sunset with a delicious regional wine is for sure possible in the house.
