"Room was clean, staff was friendly. Good location and we felt safe especially travelling with kids. Wish there was more breakfast options. Been to other hotels with similar price but has more to choose from plus extras like fruits or pastries. But overall it was still a pleasant stay! "

"The hotel was nice, and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, we paid for a deluxe room hoping for a good night's rest. There were two or three families surrounding us who kept their doors open and yelled and cackled all night long. At four in the morning their small children were running up and down the halls, yelling at the top of their lungs. Apparently, we had an adjoining room with one of them, and the crack under the door made their rude behavior even louder. I'm not sure I'd try the hotel again, given that they pay no attention to the noise level in the middle of the night."

"arriving 20 minutes before the end of breakfast and the hot buffett and coffee were empty. We were told 5 more minutes multiple times and still only part of it was refilled. We were never able to get eggs or coffee. I typically love Embassy suites, but this visit was very disappointing. "

"Everything was above average other than malfunctioning elevators on the last two days, and a bartender who was less than courteous. "

"No hot tub, first room had obvious leak and mold at a place with multiple repairs so it is a known problem. The room was unfit. Second room had no hair dryer and sofa bed was just springs. Terribly uncomfortable. Staff was helpful and sweet, friendly but professional. Breakfast was ok for being included. "
