"The property grounds and surrounding area is stunning. This extends to the room, it felt warm and homey in the best way. The size of the rooms were amazing, the jet tub was a hit with my kids, and the beds were very comfortable. The amenities fee paid for itself with the included parking alone. We were sad that they did not have any of the s’mores kits made (2 kits were supposed to be one of the included amenities) and didn’t offer an alternative or to make more kits. The checkout time listed on my itinerary when I booked said 12pm, I was informed that the hotel had switched to 11am after the date I booked. I would have hoped the original booking would be honored but it was only an hour. The made to order breakfast was waayyy too expensive for what you get. Snack market onsite was standard for hotel. The one restaurant looked nice but definitely not a reasonable choice if you have young kids. I wouldn’t recommend it for families with kids under 10-13. Going as a single adult or couple would be the best experience."

"If anything the property exceeded the description on the website. We had a wonderful time, and want to return next year. Our six grandkids (three sets of cousins) were over the moon about all the secret tunnels, slides, and play areas, and they want to come back next year. They entertained themselves, indoors and out, to the point that sometimes we hardly knew they were there. The kitchen was the best we have used - spacious, thoroughly and logically organized, all the kitchen appliances and tools I could imagine, with everything labeled and in its place. The many great cooks in our extended family were delighted. We ran out of time before we could play volleyball and badminton, but everyone enjoyed putting together puzzles, the zip line, the hot tub, corn hole, relaxing walks, hiking through the ravine, paddling in a nearby lake, and picking blackberries for a couple of pies. A real winner."

"Our family enjoyed an incredible vacation experience at this property. It was a perfect location, from which to explore the surrounding cities with shopping, dining and strolling. "The house is exactly as described with a gorgeous view of the Puget sound. The house had everything we needed with the exception of soap/body wash for the shower. I'm not sure if it was supposed to be there but if it wasn't, please consider putting it in the listing so your guests come prepared. We ended up buying some when we were out the following day. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the otters from the deck. Thank you for a great stay."
