"The rooms were dated and no coffee maker in room, electrical plugs for charging were sparse, and soaps were not up to par. Yet the price was right and it was very clean!"

"Since the living room ( as third bedroom) is right outside two other rooms. It is not the best .For more space , the sofa on first floor is good enough and can sleep comfortably at least for one person. I like the fire place . We manage to use it and give us some warmness esp. when we arrived the place. We booked for two nights but due to the full booked ferry to St. John , we need to skip one night and take an evening ferry . a friendly reminder that , if you are going to cross the Fundy Bay , check the availability of ferry to avoid my mistake before booking the accommodation esp. on high travelling seasons."

"The inn is a beautiful heritage property. Our room was large and included a sofa, a chair, and 2 queen beds. The bathroom was equally good size. No elevator and the stairs are small. The staff were wonderful. Very helpful ad friendly. The location is equally great. Across the street from the old fort with lots of opportunities to walk. We enjoyed Annapolis Royal immensely. We ate dinner both nights at the inn (reservations only for those who stay at the inn). The food and delicious and beautifully presented. It's obviously a popular place to eat. Our room was comfortable and quiet. I would definitely stay here again."

"This property is one of the best places I've stayed in Nova Scotia. From the location which offers you options to explore the outdoors, to all the amenities that makes your stay feel like you are at home, this place has it all. The host, Erin, is responsive and went above and beyond to support me and my family during our stay....a super host. I highly recommend this property!!"

"This was a very clean, lovely place to stay. The pool is nice and the area is gorgeous rural Nova Scotia. Stores aren’t far away. There was some construction going on in the unit beside. Other than that, it was a very nice stay!"

"Thank you Rodney for your warm hospitality and for sharing your expert knowledge of the history of Bailey House and Annapolis Royal. The historic home was like stepping back in time, but with all the modern comforts of today. We loved the Prince Edward room with the view of the basin. The cool sea air flowing through the windows was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was soft and cool. The bathroom amenities were premium and I loved the Dyson hair dryer. The breakfast each day was homemade with local ingredients and so fresh. We enjoyed the company of your guests from England very much. Thank you for all your recommendations of restaurants and things to do, we loved being able to walk everywhere."
