Apartment 37m ² in residence 3 * with big balcony superb view on mountain, track and front of snow (setting sun). It is composed of: - 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 double bed and another with 1 single bed and 1 double bed) - 1 living room with 2 sofas and 1 pull-out bed (sleeps 3) - 1 kitchen equipped with Dishwasher, hotplates, coffee maker, fridge / freezer, kettle, multi-function microwave oven, raclette service, plancha - 1 bathroom with bathtub and heated towel rail - 1 separate toilet - large closet in the entrance and in bedrooms Easy access without stairs, ski locker. Renovated recently so in very good condition and very nice. Valmeinier 1800 is a family and dynamic resort. The ski area is connected with Valloire and offers 150km of downhill skiing on Galibier / Thabor area with slopes of all levels and beginners / children's area. In the evening, many activities and animations including night skiing on lighted slopes some evenings. In summer, you will enjoy the many marked trails to discover the fauna and flora and the lakes of altitudes. you will also enjoy all activities on site such as mountain biking, rafting, climbing, canyoning, paragliding ... Apartment located in a holiday residence with heated outdoor pool winter and summer, sauna (residence with lift). Since the housing you have a wonderful view of the slopes and the resort. You leave skis on the feet, direct access to the tracks and departure of many excursions. On the plot in front of the residence you will find all shops (packages, esf, supermarket, bakery, press, ski equipment rentals, restaurant, souvenir shops). Large outdoor parking to park your vehicle, then if you wish, stay on foot because everything is on site! Great location, the ski locker was a few metre from the slopes, the view was great, close to shops and ski lessons.The flat was very practical.View on the fireworks and the slopes.
We were in Valmeinier christmas 2019 and our stay was very good. Appartment was as described, and spacious enough for the 4 of us. Only 1 floor down to the ski-lockers, after that 100m walking to the slopes, which was absolutely perfect! Contact with the lady who supervised was good. I recommend this property!

Quel bon séjour dans la résidence "Le Renne" à Valmeinier 1900. L'appartement avec vue et accès direct aux pistes. L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé. Le propriétaire est très réactif et l'accueil le samedi s'est très bien passé. On reviendra à Valmeinier et très certainement dans une résidence Pierre et Vacances.

Appartement propre mais très succinct un peu juste en matériel pour 7 personnes table petite , on ne pouvait pas manger tous ensemble , piscine fermée et non signalé par le propriétaire , par contre personne agréable à l'accueil , appartement au rez de chaussée donc très accessible

Appartement très bien situé et très pratique, bien insonorisé et de plein pieds avec vue sur pistes et Valmeinier 1800. On compte bien y retourner l'année pour la semaine du nouvel an si il est dispo....

Manque de précision dans l’annonce, 1ere chambre traversante pour accéder à la 2nde chambre (qui n’a pas de fenêtre ni aération).

Emplacement très agréable, où la station se fond bien dans le paysage en laissant des endroits sauvages et sans trottinettes et autres vélos électriques.
Précisions à ajouter ou corriger sur l'annonce: la location des draps et serviettes de toilette coûtent 73 euros pour la semaine et la connexion Wifi pour 1 appareil coûte 15E et pour plusieurs appareils 25E la semaine.
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. L'appartement est assez grand, avec beaucoup de rangements ce qui est vraiment appreciable. La vue est top. La piscine très agréable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut proche à côté de la résidence : superette, restaurants, office de tourisme et le départ de belles randonnées. De plus, Mme Palpier est sympathique et arrangeante.
Très bon accueil de la prestataire à l’arrivée et au départ ; appartement simple , avec un balcon pour nos repas ( beau temps chaud toute la semaine!) . Les chemins de randonnée au pied de l'appartement ... et une épicerie juste à côté, rien ne manquait !
Appartement "cocooning" avec vue sur les pistes et accès aux pistes immédiat. Nous avons passé une super séjour , avec un bon accueil. Une semaine de détente. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
Appartement très bien situé au pied des pistes, fonctionnel et assez moderne. Même si la salle de bain mériterait un coup de jeune. Commerce de proximité à 20 mètres et loueur de ski à 10 mètres. Je recommande vivement cette location situé en haut de Valmeinier avec un arrêt de la navette gratuite quasiment devant la porte de la résidence.
Le logement est agréable et très bien située avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Accès direct à la piste de luge pour les enfants ainsi qu'aux pistes.

Seul Bémol il faut changer le nom de l'immeuble sur les contrats de réservation car ce n'est plus caribou 3 mais le Renne" ce qui prête à confusion pour l'arrivée
Appartement bien placé pour les amateurs de ski , nous avons passé une belle semaine à Valmeinier dans cet appartement confortable et bien équipé . Seule l'accès de la 2 -ème chambre(sans fenêtre ) en passant par la première peut surprendre mais cela n'a pas été un problème pour notre famille .
Nous le recommandons aux amateurs de ski , et sommes prêts à le re-louer en 2023 .
