"A wonderful stay. The view from the deck was amazing, with a comfortable sitting area and dining area plus a huge pool. We throughly enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Derek the property manager went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had fun snorkelling in the bay .. only a 5 min walk. Short drive to good restaurants (ie The Drift). "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay at House Rose. Jessica was a joy to communicate with before and during our time in Nevis with prompt replies to all of our questions and valuable suggestions for newcomers to the island. The house was perfect for our needs with the three roomy bedrooms and two full bathrooms. We loved that we could control the air conditioning units in each room. So pleasant after a hot afternoon at the beach! The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking many of our meals. The front porch is shaded in the morning so it was lovely to start the day there sipping a coffee. The back porch was a perfect place to watch the sunset every evening as supper was cooking. We loved watching the Olympics on her smart tv while we were there. There were lots of towels and linen for our use. It was the kind of house where we felt very much at home. The parade of sheep, goats and chickens was a daily source of entertainment for us! We rented a car for the whole month so that we were able to travel around to all the hidden gems that make Nevis so special. For the size of Nevis, there are some outstanding restaurants worth visiting. The main supermarkets were 20 minutes away in Charlestown although we could buy staples at smaller grocery stores down the road. Our month in Nevis was idyllic and we are very grateful to Jessica for sharing her home with us on VRBO. "

"We enjoyed our stay at BayBreeze. The covered porch was great, nice view of the cove and fun to watch the family of monkeys living next door. We had the top floor of a duplex and it was huge. The living area was comfy and the kitchen was modern and well equipped. 2 beaches are near by and a couple of restaurants too. Arlene are quick to respond to any problems we had. The villa is on the main road so it can get a noisy at times. Oh the whole, it was a great vacation. "

"Peter and Louise were excellent hosts in helping us plan our vacation which was extremely helpful. They even started our vacation off with arranged airport transfers, ferry transfer and some basic grocery needs including beer and wine. Their home is stunning with unbelievable ocean views. I would highly recommend this home, you will not be disappointed."

"Everything about Seagrape cottage was so welcoming! Our host, Austin met us locally to show us how to navigate up the steep driveway. Once at the top there was a breathtaking view of the ocean. The cottage inside was very well appointed and we loved the turquoise walls and high white ceilings with fans. The next day Austin took us on a tour of Nevis which we much appreciated. Over the next few days we did some hiking, viewing ruins, and spent time at local beaches (Pinney’s and our favourite beach, Lovers beach)and enjoyed great meals at local restaurants. Would very much recommend this cottage to anyone visiting Nevis. We would also recommend renting a 4 wheel drive vehicle for Nevis. Certainly better for access to the cottage, but more importantly for some of the secondary roads to access various points of interest. We will miss sitting on the veranda with morning coffee and afternoon drinks, just taking in the beautiful ocean below. "

"Nothing short of a 5 star stay. Location is convenient to both staying on Nevis or taking off to St. Kitts. The property left us not wanting for anything - amenities or otherwise. If we were pressed to single out any particular facet of our stay, it would be the team behind the property. Hands down! Go for the island, stay for the property but know that your holiday will be elevated because of the team, pure and simple. Can't wait until the next time. Thanks, everyone. Cheers!"

"We had a lovely week at Gary's place. We made breakfast each morning and sat on the porch overlooking the sea and watching the monkey's play. This is not a fancy place, it is very casual and rustic and easy going for families. The house is close to many beaches and amazing restaurants. We felt very safe and we really enjoyed our stay. "
