"When I checked in the staff member was very rude and dry. She didn’t want to answer my questions and told me just to look it up in the website. Website didn’t show breakfast hours. Took my daughter to the pool. There weren’t any towels. We went to front desk different staff told us she only had one. I asked for an additional room towel at least she said no she couldn’t do that. Very bad customer service. Will not recommend or stay there again!"

"This entire facility is tired, worn out, and in desperate need of renovation. The dishwasher in the room had an access panel laying on the floor and was obviously damaged from repeatedly trying to properly reattach it. The bath tub had an unsightly gouge in it. The walls and furniture were beat up and worn. The staff was pleasant and professional."
