The first room i checked in smells bad, I’m pretty sure were a pet room and HK doesn’t put the odor machine to clear the air. I moved to another room and I found hair everywhere, in the bed, in the towels, in the toilet, in the bathtub. As a Housekeeping Manager I’m very picky about details in the room. The goal is giving the best experience and definitely it was the worse.
