The property was in very poor repair. Bathrooms were very run down and pool and hot tub were very run down too The bed was clean and the coffee maker in lobby were amazing . Location was great for everything too

Clean room, good location helpful staff. The place has a serious drawback. The adjacent restaurant doesn’t open for breakfast until 9am and there are no places for several kilometers that do.

Nice central locale to everything I needed (shopping,family, hospital, etc.). But the widow frames and curtain sheers could use bleaching spray once a month to limit moisture black mold growth. Otherwise it's nice and clean, with very aimiable room service staff. There were only 3 instances of patron hall way yelling, out of the 10 days I was there, and only 1 out of the 3 instances of police intervention.

The check in was quick and the location was nice. The price of the stay was pretty good too. The only real downside was that my key didn’t work a couple times, so I had to return to the front desk to get it fixed. One time, we had to wait 15 minutes for the receptionist to get back as she didn’t answer the desk when we rang and there was beginning to get a line up of people waiting. But overall, the price was good for what you paid for. Checking out was quick and easy.

The Room was well supplied with useful items, the TV was a bit challenging but I wasn't there to watch TV anyway. The room had a microwave, fridge, Kureg coffee maker, desk, a couple chairs and very conformable bed. The tub/shower was a slippery, when showering, a couple traction strips or mat could have helped. Overall my 3 day stay was just fine, none of what I mentioned above would stop me from not returning in the future. Oh and it was very dark for sleeping, good blackout curtains, and I found it very quiet.

A totally average experience. Clean, friendly and responsive staff, however all in all not a Ramada experience. Facility is poorly laid out and is aging, much in need of renovation or update. Location is poor no restaurants, shopping, or other tourist activities within walking distance. Poor location in the middle of a busy city.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating when we arrived early. The room was clean but definitely showing its age. The pool was very warm and on our second day was closed as they were changing the glass windows. The fitness room was pretty decent. Overall our stay was okay - it was reasonably priced for the Vancouver area. It was a quick trip for us with just one night - but I wouldn’t likely stay there for longer.
