"Our place was clean, comfortable and smelled fresh. We only used it for sleeping but looked like the kitchen was well equipped. The fold out sofa bed was not very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it if climbing stairs is not a problem. One of our party counted 37 stair steps."

"This cabin was everything we wanted in our little getaway. It's very private and wooded. There's a full kitchen and a firepit outside, plus laundry, a fireplace, and smart TVs. The bed was SO comfy, it has me thinking about replacing my mattress! Because it's seculded, you have to drive 10-20 minutes ..."

very disappointed. I have staid here for the past 4 years and this experience was awful. Noisy guests until 2 AM that the staff did nothing about. Will not stay here on future trips.

I didn't go into Vandalia, there were a couple places to eat within walking distance of the hotel and an ALDU's store nearby.

Being end of summer, there were lots of bugs out, but this area is beautiful & green. We would stay here again if in the area.
