"Dirty floors and outright frightening and dangerous and noisy rusting stairs to 2nd level with varyingly sized stair treads. Curtains didn't block much light . Breakfast a bit of an insult"

"Took over 40 minutes to check in. First room given was not cleaned. 2nd room was also not cleaned. The third room was occupied. The fourth room was garbage free, however no trash can or toiletries in room. All issues were blamed on computer and 3rd party vendors. Which doesn’t make sense, since rooms must be reserved online. The worst experience I’ve had in many years."

"Check in was a nightmare. Staff was slow but courteous. Spoke with heavy accents and had minimal communication skills. Room smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking. No help figuring out how to get anywhere or even get a cup of coffee - no signs, just had to walk around and find stuff in your own."

"Clean room but hotel charged me as well as Expedia so I’m fighting to get my money back"

"I travel to Findlay twice a month and always stay at the Hancock Hotel. The price is fair, the rooms are clean, and the staff is excellent! While parking is limited (you have to valet your vehicle), the proximity to restaurants and entertainment is worth it."
