"Right off the expressway this location was ideal for our trip into Nancy and Matz. Supermarket around the corner, 24hr Burger joint next door. Breakfast was adequate for our purpose. Staff was always friendly & helpful. Shower: good pressure, toilet pressure was good as well. Bright airy reception area. The mattress was thin but I slept well, I believe I had a queen size in Room 212"

"Stains on the bathroom floor where it hadn’t been cleaned properly, patchy wifi, the tv didn’t connect to channels. When we arrived we had just missed the restaurant and we couldn’t order room service to get any food. After a 10hr drive we had to go back out and look for food we checked online before getting there and nowhere did it show times for restaurant/food maybe you should. "The hotel is very dated, it looked better in the front but at the back, it looked abandoned and not maintained. The room is very small, basic and not very clean. The supposed garden was not maintained and the pavement was uneven with loose slabs which can be dangerous. The breakfast was chaotic with few choices."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Metz Centre and would highly recommend it. The room was very clean, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff truly made our stay memorable. One morning, we arrived for breakfast with only five minutes left before closing. Tomas at the front desk kindly spoke with the kitchen staff and asked them to keep the buffet available until we had finished eating. That level of customer service was greatly appreciated.
