They promised me a refund but did not give me my money back, hotels dot com tried to help me but they had no luck. They are thieves. Avoid this hotel. "

"My stay at Diamond Lesvos was a complete disappointment. Upon arrival, I was not given the balcony room with the view that I had booked. Instead, we were placed in a completely different ground-floor room with direct outdoor access.
